A delightful twist on the classic campfire treat, combining graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows into easy-to-make dessert bars.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the hot crust, then add marshmallows on top.
  5. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden and puffy.
  6. Let the bars cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze tightly wrapped for up to 3 months. Consider topping with different chocolate types or nuts for added flavor.
