A delicious and easy oven-baked egg dish with smoked salmon, creamy cheese, and green onions, perfect for any meal.

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup smoked salmon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs and milk in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the chopped green onions and sauté for 1-2 minutes until softened.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Gently fold in the smoked salmon and cream cheese.
  6. Cook on the stovetop for 3-4 minutes without stirring, until the edges start to set.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is firm and golden on top.
  8. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
