A quick and flavorful dish that combines miso and butter with fresh salmon, perfect for a healthy dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Baby bok choy, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the miso paste, softened butter, soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the miso-butter mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the tops and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
  7. Meanwhile, steam or sauté the baby bok choy until tender.
  8. Serve the glazed salmon alongside the baby bok choy.
