Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon meringue powder
  • Water (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, making sure there are no clumps.
  2. Add the water gradually, a teaspoon at a time, stirring gently.
  3. Adjust for flooding by thinning the icing slightly with additional water until it reaches a pourable consistency.
