A delicious and healthy breakfast made with rolled oats and mixed berries, perfect for a nutritious start to your day.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk (or non-dairy alternative)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (or oil)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine rolled oats, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Mix well.
  3. Fold in the mixed berries gently.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and the oatmeal is set.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes, serve warm, and enjoy!

Notes

Great served with extra maple syrup, yogurt, or fresh fruits on top. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
