  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine diced mango, chopped red onion, minced jalapeno, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
