Deliciously chewy blondies with a warm cinnamon sugar topping, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Combine the melted butter and brown sugar in a large bowl, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  7. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl, then sprinkle over the top of the batter.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool before cutting into bars and enjoy your cinnamon sugar blondies.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature. Pairs well with vanilla ice cream or chocolate sauce.
