A delightful fruit salad combining sweet and creamy elements, perfect for parties or a simple dessert at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup canned mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup maraschino cherries, drained
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or whipped topping
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, and maraschino cherries.
  2. Gently fold in the Greek yogurt or whipped topping until everything is well mixed.
  3. If desired, sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

Ambrosia Salad can last in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days, but is best enjoyed within the first couple of days for optimal freshness.
