A delicious and healthy Air Fryer Lemon Cod recipe that’s quick to make and packed with flavor.

  • 4 cod fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Brush the cod fillets with the lemon mixture on both sides.
  4. Place the cod fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
