Delightful cookies filled with white chocolate and crunchy peppermint, perfect for the holiday season.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed candy canes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Incorporate the egg and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
  5. Blend in the dry ingredients gradually.
  6. Add white chocolate chips and crushed candy canes.
  7. Shape rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them apart.
  8. Bake for 9-11 minutes until edges are golden.
  9. Cool on baking sheets, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
