Delightful cookies that combine creamy white chocolate with crunchy macadamia nuts, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Gradually blend it into the creamed mixture.
  5. Stir in the white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
