Deliciously soft cookies loaded with creamy white chocolate and crunchy macadamia nuts, perfect for any occasion.

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the vanilla extract and eggs until well combined.
  4. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Stir in the white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
  9. Allow to cool on the cookie sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
