Deliciously chewy cookies featuring creamy white chocolate and crunchy macadamia nuts.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Beat in the vanilla extract and eggs until well blended.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just blended.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets, about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until edges are lightly golden, then allow to cool on baking sheets before transferring to wire racks.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week; dough can be frozen for up to three months.
