Delightfully sweet and creamy, these White Chocolate Brownies are a perfect treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and stir in brown sugar and granulated sugar until well combined.
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly, then mix in eggs and vanilla.
  4. Stir in flour and salt until just combined, then fold in white chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days or refrigerate for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to three months.
