A light and airy whipped strawberry ganache, perfect for frosting cakes and cupcakes or indulging on its own.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup strawberry puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a saucepan over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  2. Whip the heavy cream in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form.
  3. Combine gradually fold the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream, embracing the silky texture.
  4. Add strawberry puree, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Gently fold until well combined and fluffy, ensuring no streaks remain.
