A refreshing and naturally sweet watermelon sorbet, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen watermelon chunks
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen watermelon chunks into a blender.
  2. Add lime juice, honey or agave syrup if desired, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a container and freeze for about 60-120 minutes until firm.
  6. Serve in bowls and enjoy your refreshing watermelon sorbet!

Notes

Serve with fresh mint leaves or a slice of lime for garnish. Store leftover sorbet in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
