Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine Watermelon and Lime: In a blender, combine the frozen watermelon cubes and lime juice.
  2. Blend Until Smooth: Blend until smooth. If desired, add honey or agave syrup to taste and blend again.
  3. Freeze the Mixture: Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for at least 120 minutes before serving.
  4. Serve and Enjoy: Scoop and serve the sorbet in bowls.

Notes
