A fun and healthy treat perfect for summer gatherings or as a light dessert, combining fresh watermelon with creamy Greek yogurt and colorful berries.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup mixed berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon into round slices, about 1 inch thick.
  2. Use a spatula to spread Greek yogurt over the top of each watermelon slice.
  3. Drizzle honey on top of the yogurt.
  4. Top with mixed berries, arranging them as desired.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves.
  6. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes
