Crispy and delicious egg rolls filled with flavorful ground meat and vibrant veggies, perfect for sharing or enjoying alone.

Ingredients

  • Egg roll wrappers
  • Ground meat (chicken, pork, or beef)
  • Cabbage, shredded
  • Carrots, shredded
  • Green onions, chopped
  • Garlic, minced
  • Soy sauce
  • Ginger, minced
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, and ground meat. Cook until the meat is browned and fragrant.
  3. Stir in cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface and fill it with a spoonful of the mixture. Fold according to package instructions.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes per side.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes

Serve with sweet chili sauce or ponzu sauce. Leftovers can be refrigerated or frozen for later use.
