Soft and fluffy Vanilla Cupcakes bursting with rich vanilla flavor, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  6. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet mixture, alternating with the milk.
  7. Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with the batter.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool before decorating or serving.
