Instructions

  1. Cream the Butter: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter with an electric mixer on medium speed until creamy.
  2. Gradually Incorporate the Sugar: Slowly add the powdered sugar, mixing on low until it’s fully combined.
  3. Add the Vanilla: Pour in the vanilla extract and mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Adjusting the Consistency: If needed, add heavy cream or milk, one tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.
  5. Whip for the Fluff Factor: Beat the frosting on high speed for an additional 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
  6. Frost Away: Use immediately to frost cupcakes, layer cakes, or other desserts.
