A delightful dessert combining cream cheese, caramel, and chocolate with a crunchy pecan topping.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate drizzle
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.
  3. Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth in a large bowl. Add the vanilla extract and eggs, mixing until well combined.
  4. Stir in the sour cream until silky and smooth.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set. Allow it to cool afterward.
  7. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 240 minutes to set properly.
  8. Top your cheesecake with caramel sauce, a chocolate drizzle, and chopped pecans before serving.

Notes

For extra richness, add a dollop of whipped cream when serving.
