A delightful dessert combining creamy cheesecake with caramel, chocolate, and crunchy pecans, perfect for special occasions.

  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • ¼ cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Then, add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  5. Let the cheesecake cool, then drizzle caramel sauce and chocolate syrup over the top, and sprinkle chopped pecans before serving.

For the perfect slice, ensure your cream cheese is at room temperature and use a warm knife to cut through the cheesecake.
