A rich and creamy Turtle Cheesecake topped with chocolate, caramel, and pecans, perfect for any celebration.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • ½ cup chocolate sauce
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for about 60 minutes, or until the center is set.
  6. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and spread over the cheesecake.
  8. Drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauce, and sprinkle with chopped pecans.

Notes

For a stronger chocolate flavor, consider using chocolate graham cracker crumbs for the crust.
