  • 200g milk chocolate
  • 200g white chocolate
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 4 eggs (separated)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup gelatin

Instructions

  1. Melt the Dark Chocolate
  2. Prepare the Dark Chocolate Mixture
  3. Whip the Cream for Dark Chocolate Layer
  4. Repeat for Milk Chocolate Layer
  5. Repeat for White Chocolate Layer
  6. Prepare Chocolate Domes
  7. Layer the Mousses in the Domes
  8. Chill the Domes
  9. Serve and Enjoy
