A vibrant and herbaceous sauce perfect for elevating grilled meats and roasted vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 34 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop the parsley.
  2. Mince the garlic.
  3. Combine the chopped parsley and minced garlic in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add the olive oil and red wine vinegar.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes.

Notes

Chimichurri sauce can be refrigerated for up to one week. If it thickens, stir in a bit of olive oil before serving.
