Triple Chocolate Mousse Domes

A rich and decadent dessert combining dark, milk, and white chocolate, perfect for special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 200g milk chocolate
  • 200g white chocolate
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: Crisp base or soft sponge for serving

Instructions

  1. Melt dark, milk, and white chocolate in separate bowls.
  2. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then divide the cream into three portions.
  3. Fold each type of chocolate into its respective cream portion until well combined.
  4. Whip egg whites with sugar and salt until stiff peaks form, then fold into each mousse mixture.
  5. Pour dark chocolate mousse into molds first, followed by milk chocolate mousse, and then white chocolate mousse.
  6. Refrigerate until set.
  7. Carefully remove the mousse from molds and place on serving bases or soft sponge if using.
  8. Serve chilled, optionally garnished with chocolate shavings.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator and cover with plastic wrap. Best enjoyed within 3-4 days for optimal texture.
