  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 prepared pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add the ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour the sweet potato mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  5. Bake for 45-55 minutes until the filling is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
