Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup mixed berries (or other fruits)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (for topping)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil; mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 60 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Spread the dough into a greased baking pan and dimple the surface with your fingers.
  7. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Top with mixed berries or fruits.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
