A delightful and easy dish featuring sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil, and garlic that is perfect for quick weeknight meals.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another minute.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
  6. Stir in the fresh basil and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes
