  • Assorted summer fruits (such as strawberries, blueberries, peaches, and kiwi)
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven as needed if using a raw tart crust. Bake according to package instructions and let cool.
  2. Combine mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread the mascarpone mixture evenly over the cooled tart crust.
  4. Arrange assorted summer fruits on top of the mascarpone layer in a decorative pattern.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.

Notes

For a tangy flavor, you can add a squeeze of lemon juice to the mascarpone mixture.
