Delicious sugar-free chocolate cookies made with natural ingredients and sugar substitutes, perfect for low-carb diets.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour or coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or preferred sugar substitute
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Whisk together the melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and eggs in another bowl.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Flatten each cookie slightly.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until set.
  8. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
