Deliciously chocolatey and guilt-free sugar free cookies that make for a perfect treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour or coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar substitute (like erythritol or stevia)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar substitute, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Mix the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes

Don’t overbake and feel free to add sugar-free chocolate chips or chopped nuts for added texture.
