A delightful blend of salty pretzel crust, creamy filling, and fresh strawberries, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pretzels, crushed
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 package (6 oz) strawberry Jell-O
  • 2 cups boiling water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  5. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  7. Spread the cream cheese layer over the cooled pretzel crust.
  8. Dissolve the strawberry Jell-O in boiling water in a separate bowl.
  9. Stir in the sliced strawberries once cooled slightly.
  10. Pour the Jell-O mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  12. Cut into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Best enjoyed within 3 days.
