A light and refreshing sorbet that celebrates summer’s sweetest offerings with a delightful mix of strawberries and mangoes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled
  • 2 cups mango, diced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Blend the fruits: In a blender, combine strawberries, mango, sugar, and water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add citrus zing: Add lemon juice and blend again until fully incorporated.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
