A delightful layered dessert featuring fresh strawberries and creamy goodness, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Graham Crackers, crushed (About 1012 sheets)
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 8 ounces Whipped Topping, thawed
  • 3 cups Fresh Strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl until well mixed. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form a solid crust.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Fold in the whipped topping gently until everything is mixed.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust, ensuring smooth coverage.
  4. Layer half of the sliced fresh strawberries over the cream cheese filling, spreading them out evenly.
  5. Pour the remaining cream cheese filling over the strawberries and smooth it out. Top with the rest of the sliced strawberries.
  6. Cover the Strawberry Lasagna with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 180 minutes (or overnight) to allow the layers to set and flavors to meld beautifully.
  7. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature to avoid lumps and don’t skimp on chilling time for the best results.
