A refreshing and easy-to-make dessert evoking the essence of summer, featuring layers of graham crackers, whipped cream, and fresh strawberries.

  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 2 cups of whipped cream
  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries by mixing them with sugar and letting them sit to release their juices.
  2. Whip the cream with vanilla extract until it forms soft peaks.
  3. Create a layer of graham crackers in a baking dish, covering the bottom.
  4. Add a layer of whipped cream over the crackers.
  5. Layer the sugared strawberries on top of the whipped cream.
  6. Repeat the layers until the dish is full, finishing with whipped cream and strawberries on top.
  7. Chill the cake by covering and refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Pairs well with vanilla ice cream or mint. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
