A delightful dessert that blends creamy cheesecake with fresh strawberries, perfect for gatherings and celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups whipped cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam
  • 1 cup strawberry crumble topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, followed by a layer of chopped strawberries and strawberry jam.
  5. Add the remaining cream cheese mixture on top and smooth it out.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes (4 hours) or until set.
  7. Sprinkle with strawberry crumble topping if desired before serving.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. Use a food processor for fine graham cracker crumbs.
