Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • 1/2 cup strawberry crunch topping (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a lined baking dish to create the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream and diced strawberries gently.
  4. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust.
  5. Top with strawberry crunch topping.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  7. Cut into bars and serve chilled.
