A simple and delicious strawberry crumble dessert featuring sweet, juicy strawberries with a crunchy topping.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the sliced strawberries with granulated sugar and set aside.
  3. Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
  4. Pour in the melted butter and stir until the mixture is crumbly.
  5. Spread the strawberries in a baking dish and top with the crumble mixture.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
