A delicious and healthy treat made with chia seeds and fresh strawberries, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

  • 2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 12 tablespoons sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or agave, optional)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced (for layering)

Instructions

  1. Mix the chia seeds and milk in a bowl. Stir well to combine and prevent clumping.
  2. Add the pureed strawberries and sweetener, if using. Mix until smooth.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.
  4. Once thickened, stir the mixture.
  5. Layer the chia pudding with sliced fresh strawberries in serving cups.
  6. Serve chilled as a dessert or breakfast.

Notes

For a smoother texture, blend the chia pudding mixture instead of just stirring. Adjust the sweetness based on your taste.
