  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • ¼ cup strawberry sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, ½ cup sugar, and melted butter; press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until smooth; gradually add in 1 cup sugar and vanilla until creamy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Stir in sour cream until smooth; pour the mixture over the crust.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Top with fresh strawberries and drizzle with strawberry sauce before serving.
