A decadent no-bake Strawberry Cheesecake Lush with a graham cracker crust, creamy filling, and fresh strawberries.

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Prepare the graham cracker crust: In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
  2. Create the creamy cheesecake mixture: In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
  3. Assemble the cheesecake layers: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  4. Add the strawberries and pie filling: Top the cream cheese layer with the fresh, sliced strawberries and drizzle with strawberry pie filling.
  5. Chill until ready to serve: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
