Delicious blend of smooth cheesecake, fresh strawberries, and rich chocolate brownies—perfect for parties and picnics.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in the sugar until combined.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared dish.
  6. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in the chopped strawberries.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of the remaining brownie batter on top and swirl gently with a knife.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  10. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor. For extra chocolate, add chocolate chips to the batter.
