A delicious and easy-to-make dish featuring tender chicken and flavorful ramen noodles in a sticky garlic sauce.

  • 8 oz Ramen Noodles (without the seasoning packet)
  • 1 head Fresh Garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey or Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger (minced)
  • 2 cups Quick-Cooking Vegetables (e.g., broccoli florets, sliced bell peppers, shredded carrots, snap peas, thinly sliced cabbage)
  • Green Onions (for garnish)
  • Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
  • Chili Flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Cut chicken into uniform 1-inch pieces, season with salt and pepper, and mince garlic and ginger.
  2. Cook the Noodles: Boil salted water, cook ramen noodles until al dente, drain, and toss with sesame oil.
  3. Whip Up the Sticky Garlic Sauce: Whisk soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, chicken broth, garlic, and ginger; mix cornstarch with cold water.
  4. Sear the Chicken: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, cook chicken until golden brown, then set aside.
  5. Build the Flavor Base: Add more oil if needed, sauté remaining garlic and ginger, then stir-fry vegetables.
  6. Thicken the Sauce: Pour sauce mixture into the pan, simmer, and add cornstarch slurry until thickened.
  7. Combine and Coat: Add the chicken and noodles to the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the sauce.
  8. Serve Immediately: Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
