  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Vegetables of choice (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli)

Instructions

  1. Mix together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a bowl to create the marinade.
  2. Soak the diced chicken thighs in the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the marinated chicken, cooking for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Prepare the rice while the chicken is sautéing, making sure it is fluffy and ready.
  5. Top the rice with the cooked chicken, and add your choice of vegetables.
  6. Sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds on top before serving.
