Delicious and flavorful steak kabobs perfect for summer gatherings with family and friends.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into squares
  • 1 onion, cut into squares
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Mix the Marinade: In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Marinate the Steak: Add the cubed sirloin steak to the marinade, ensuring that every piece is well-coated. Cover the bowl and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the Grill: While the steak is soaking up those delicious flavors, preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Assemble the Kabobs: After marinating, thread the steak cubes onto skewers, alternating with the bell pepper, onion, and zucchini.
  5. Grill the Kabobs: Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked to your liking.
  6. Serve Hot: Remove from the grill and enjoy immediately with your favorite sides.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider refrigerating the marinated steak for a few hours before grilling. Serve with tzatziki sauce or chimichurri for added taste.
