Simple and delicious steak foil packets for grilling or baking, perfect for a hearty meal with minimal cleanup.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, zucchini)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional, e.g., rosemary or thyme)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the steak into strips and season with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Lay out large sheets of aluminum foil.
  5. Divide the steak and vegetables between the sheets of foil.
  6. Add fresh herbs on top if using.
  7. Fold the foil to create a sealed packet.
  8. Grill or bake the packets for about 20-30 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender.
  9. Carefully open the packets and serve.

Notes
