Perfectly Cooked Ribeye Steaks

A flavorful ribeye steak dinner that promises an experience filled with laughter and joy.

Ingredients

  • 4 ribeye steaks (about 1 inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Begin by taking your ribeye steaks out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before cooking.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over both sides of the steaks and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat until it’s ripping hot.
  4. Once the steaks are in the pan, sprinkle the minced garlic and lay the rosemary sprigs alongside.
  5. Flip the steaks over and add butter to the pan.
  6. Once your steaks are cooked to perfection, remove them from the pan and set them on a cutting board to rest.
  7. After resting, slice the steaks against the grain into thick strips.

Notes

Serve with creamy mashed potatoes or garlic roasted asparagus. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days.
