A luscious frosting that combines sweet vanilla and subtle tang, perfect for frosting cakes and cupcakes.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese until well combined.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. Frost cupcakes or cakes and serve immediately or refrigerate until needed.

Notes

Store leftover frosting in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Whip again before use.
